Britel Fund Trustees Limited will be making a new planning application to Merton Council for a three storey rooftop extension at Wimbledon Bridge House. This will increase the availability of much needed, grade A office space in Wimbledon.

This will benefit residents and businesses in Wimbledon. It will create up to 50 jobs in the construction phase and up to 100 jobs will be accommodated for new office workers. These workers, both the construction workers and office workers will spend money at the shops and restaurants in Wimbledon Town Centre, helping them recover from the effects of Covid-19.
